Mr. Giuffre is the founder, CEO, and executive chairman of Avenue Living, and has more than 25 years’ experience in creating, managing, and operating start-ups. Involved in approximately $7 billion of assets under management, he actively serves a variety of roles in numerous businesses, from founder and CEO to mentor.

Mr. Giuffre’s flagship venture, Avenue Living, is an owner and operator of real estate assets across North America. With a unique vertically integrated platform, the business is focused on investing in the everyday — residential, self-storage, agricultural land, commercial, and retail — ultimately generating cash-flow and finding long-term value for investors.

Mr. Giuffre offers his time, knowledge, and guidance to various philanthropic causes, including the Canadian Olympic Foundation. He sits on UNICEF’s Water for Life Patrons Council and is a member of UNICEF’s National Board. Mr. Giuffre is a frequent guest speaker and published author with various educational institutions, including the University of Calgary, and is an active mentor to young entrepreneurs across Canada. As a proud finisher of 16 Ironman Triathlons, he has a lifelong love of sports and understanding the entrepreneurial journey.
