Mr. Millard is the Managing Partner, Equity Capital Markets at Avenue Living, where he has held various leadership roles since joining the firm in 2018. Since early 2020, he has led the equity capital markets team, overseeing operations across multiple departments, including equity sales, corporate finance, national accounts, and marketing. Under his leadership, the division has expanded significantly, raising over $2 billion in growth capital.

With over 10 years of experience in private markets, Mr. Millard is an avid speaker who regularly shares his insights on real estate and alternative investments through industry events, podcasts, notable publications, and peer-reviewed research journals. In 2024, he was honoured as a recipient of the Wealth Professionals Top 40 Under 40 Rising Stars Award.

Mr. Millard holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in finance and a minor in economics from Concordia University in Montreal, QC.
